APPLIANCE INSTRUCTIONS
& USEFUL INFORMATION

THE MAIN SWITCHBOARD

The Main Electric switchboard in each apartment is located on the wall, right next to the main entrance door. Look for it on the house plans here.


NO SPECIAL ACTION IS REQUIRED ON THE SWITCHBOARDS. THEY ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND AUTOMATED.
THE SWICHES MUST BE ON THE POSITION THAT YOU CAN SEE ON ENTERING YOUR APARTMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME. 

IN CASE THAT A SINGLE SWITCH DROPS, JUST LIFT IT UP.
IF IT DROPS AGAIN, PLEASE TAKE NO FURTHER ACTION.

IN CASES OF A BLACKOUT, CONTACT ME TO DETERMINE IF THE PROBLEM IS GENERAL OR LOCAL, SO THAT THE RESPECTIVE ACTION MEASURES ARE TAKEN.

THE WiFi

There is Wifi throughout the whole apartment. A WiFi signal booster is plugged into a socket. Please, do not remove it, as it is ideally placed to distribute the WiFi signal to the whole floor. In the case that you realize the connection is faulty, or there's no signal at all, please, call me to have it checked within a few moments. 

Please, do not attempt to fix anything yourself.

AIR CONDITION

There is an air-conditioning wall unit in each of our homes, located in the lounge. You can use the remote controllers to switch them on and off and to make your preferred adjustments. Always ensure all doors and windows are closed whilst A/C is running, otherwise it will not operate efficiently.

Please, note that on leaving your home and removing the magnetic card from the slot, the A/C unit switches off automatically. 

THE SMART TV


There is a Smart TV in each of our homes. It's set on the wall, just above your dinning table. There's no satellite channels reception.
Our TVs are intended for entertainement purposes only, allowing free, quick access to the internet. Connect your Netflix or any other account by inserting your own password, or watch your favourite music videos, or kids cartoons on Youtube.

You may use the TVs as you please, but take my advice:

Spend your leisure time at the beach. You'll have a lot more fun!

THE KITCHENETTE

Our kitchenette is small but you'll love it. It's properly kitted out!
You'll find, amongst other things, a mini fridge, microwave/oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine,
high quality cookware, plenty of pots, pans, platters, serving utensils, full set of knives, but also..
Basic condiments you might need!
We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper,
mustard, ketchup, mayo, spices etc.
